Sabol is an international business development, client relationship management, and communications consultant, trainer, and speaker. He has presented to audiences in three continents and he has served law firm clients in 10 countries. Between 1986 and 1994, Byron served as Director of Client Development for the international law firm of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, LLP. As one of the first senior marketing executives of a law firm in North America, Mr. Sabol and his staff pioneered business generation and client service programming currently utilized by law firms in the US, UK, and Central Europe.
Byron has a bachelor's degree in Marketing, and an MBA in Management with Honors. He is author of the book, Taming The Beast: Success With Difficult People [ByeCap Press – 2007].
