OUR FORMAT

For two decades, SST Communications, Inc. has enthralled thousands of audiences with innovative learning programs delivered with a unique flair that is distinctly SST. This exciting multimedia learning event combines research, film clips and storytelling in a fascinating manner that will engage, inform and ignite the imaginations of all participants. SST goes beyond presentation and interaction – we bring our material to life.

OUR CONTENT

The late Joseph Campbell, a renowned Princeton Scholar compared the world’s folktales, myths, and religious parables to discover that the “Hero’s Journey” is universal across all cultures, ethnicities and races. He discovered that all heroic stories follow a specific step by step process – if the hero does not follow this paradigm he or she ends up as a pillar of stone, or as bones on the floor of some dragon’s cave. The application of his body of work is simple: When you have the responsibility of sending someone out to achieve a difficult task or goal, you are, in a very real sense, sending a Hero out on a quest. Understanding “The Hero’s Journey” provides you with real tools to increase their rate of success.

TAKE AWAYS

Participants will gain a mastery of “The Hero’s Journey” through the course of this multimedia presentation which will provide participants the skills to lead and support their “Heroes” for success. Participants will:-MASTER the difference between “Heroes” and “Mercenaries”-MASTER the true role of mentorship-MASTER the universal method of The Hero’s Journey that will help you support your people for success, linking the material to the Gallup Q12 Index to improve overall employee engagement.
