 Mission: The Association/Bar Relations Committee was formed to maintain a strong working relationship with the local and state Bar Associations and Legal Associations. Community Relations Committee
 Mission: The Chapter takes seriously its responsibility to give back and support the community in which we work. The Community Relations Committee sponsors numerous events in an effort to participate in the social growth of our community. The Community Service Committee supports the National ALA Annual Community Challenge Weekend and has organized numerous successful events with hundreds of volunteers and participants and has raised over $70,000 in recent years for various organizations.  Mission: The Diversity Committee was designed to increase diversity in the Association, in the legal management community and in all legal service organizations. The committee will work with the Education Committee to schedule Diversity related speakers and with the Newsletter Committee to include articles on Diversity. Gene Henson Scholarship Committee
 Mission: Our mission is to provide ongoing training and continuing education for our members, and to support education in our community. The AALA Gene Henson Scholarship, a 501(c)(3) organization, sponsors a Scholarship to be awarded to an outstanding senior enrolled in one of our local public high schools who is interested in attending an accredited higher learning institution. New Member Mentoring Committee
 Mission: It is widely recognized that we can all learn from others, and we can all teach others. A lot of this happens naturally. This program is designed to supplement what happens naturally by eliminating barriers and bringing together those who are willing to share with one another.  Mission: The Chapter produces a quarterly e-Newsletter, AALA Connection, for its members. The purpose of the newsletter is to provide educational and informative articles on legal management issues and to keep members up-to-date on Chapter events and important ALA news. The AALA Connection was voted the best electronic chapter newsletter in the 2004 ALA Education Conference in Philadelphia and the 2007 ALA Education Conference in Las Vegas. Nominating Committee
 Mission: The Nominating Committee works with the Past President to select potential candidates to serve as board members. The committee performs all due diligence on individuals nominated. Salary Survey Committee
 Description:

 Mission: This committee is responsible for determining the criteria of information to be collected in the AALA Salary Survey. The committee works with a third party company to create the salary. Members of this committee will create marketing material to advertise the survey to AALA members and the community at large. Vendor Relations Committee
 Mission: The Vendor Relations Committee was formed to create a partnership with the Atlanta Chapter and its Business Partners. The Committee is responsible for planning and executing the Business Partner Expo and the Business Partner Sponsorship Program, cultivating relationships with our Business Partners and educating Chapter members on the value vendors can add to Chapter Members’ offices.
